SWC / Microsoft Systems Engineer
Brad has been with SWC for just over a year and during that short period of time has participated in a number of strategic engagements as well as taken a leadership position in SWC’s Systems Center practice. One of Brad’s earliest SWC projects involved the implementation of a Hyper V cluster with attached SAN storage for the Alain Locke Charter School. This engagement provided Brad with the opportunity to be involved in an SWC Community Project while learning a new technology.
At SWC a Microsoft Systems Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of a variety of IT infrastructure initiatives. Typical responsibilities for this engineer will include Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010 and server/storage virtualization deployments. This position requires strong communication skills, strong customer and solution focus, and will involve a high level of collaboration with other team members.
